What is Reformer Pilates?
A full-body workout using a Reformer machine with springs, pulleys and a sliding carriage. Builds strength, balance, flexibility, and core.
Do I need experience to join?
Not at all – beginners are welcome. Instructors will guide you.
How do I book a class?
Browse class types and timetable. Download the Momence app and search for Reform YU to book.
Do I need a membership?
No. Drop-in sessions are available. Memberships offer better value for regular attendance.
How many people are in a class?
Maximum 10 people per class.
Do you offer 1:1 or 2:1 sessions?
Yes – contact via Instagram or email to book.
What should I wear?
Comfortable, fitted workout wear. Grip socks are recommended (available in-studio).
Do you offer prenatal classes?
Yes – look for BABY YU sessions. Tailored for pregnancy/postnatal support. Always inform us of your stage.
Can men do Reformer Pilates?
Absolutely. All genders benefit – men’s-only classes launching soon.
What is the minimum age for Reformer?
Ages 16–17: Must have waiver signed + attend first session with parent/guardian.
Under 16: Must be accompanied at all times.
Under 13: Not allowed on-site (except for Baby YU classes).
Do you do Women only classes?
Yes we do, please look out for the Sculpt Yu classes for Women only.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask you to cancel your class 12 hours before the class is due to start to receive your class credit back to your account.
