Absolutely. All genders benefit – men’s-only classes launching soon.

  • Ages 16–17: Must have waiver signed + attend first session with parent/guardian.

  • Under 16: Must be accompanied at all times.

  • Under 13: Not allowed on-site (except for Baby YU classes).

Yes we do, please look out for the Sculpt Yu classes for Women only.

We kindly ask you to cancel your class 12 hours before the class is due to start to receive your class credit back to your account.
